Small Businesses Reap Benefits of Call Recording

What was traditionally an option only for large companies and call centers, call recording has now become a more affordable business communication feature for small businesses.  Axess Communications, parent company of Littleton-based, has seen rapid growth in the past year since offering the call record option to its small business customers.

“Because of improved technology and increased affordability, small businesses have started to realize the many benefits that call recording brings as part of their business communications capabilities,” said Jeff Myers, president and CEO of Axess Communications.  “Among companies with 250 employees or less, more than 95 percent of them do not currently utilize this communications tool.”
